Council GB will get changed to same arcs as GRN GB

The GRN gunboat is ment to be stronger than the Council gunboat, like all the other Gallia ships. I would say that the GRN decided to improve their ships, to have the advantage over the Council.

Hull is already weaker, since Council version has 105 000 and GRN 120 000. Council ships are scraped old GRN ones, so I don't see why it would lack turret spot, but anyway, Mjolnir answered it already.
