With the good and bad that comes with the Zoner ID and IFF, how do you think it would affect the server if it became as closed as the SCRA or Keeper factions?

Would it really affect the balance of the server? Or just be a huge annoyance?

To be in a Zoner faction, you need to pass certain criterion, know how to RP a Zoner, and know where you need to be and what to trade. Or something or other.

Well aye, but Keepers have always been closed as opposed to the Zoners open policy. AFAIK.

It's closed enough to make char, especially to join the faction.

I'm impressed they all are still active. As much as I dig the RP behind it, I couldn't do it while playing the game.
