Nomads are not hard to rp at all. Fly around, kill people.

So yeah, open nommies would be fun, or new ope nomad id for snubs only, but this is not going to happen, and you know why. Oh well. Still, game is good enough even without nomads.

Nah, keep that as limited as can be.

Come up with a well thought out ID, ZOI, misc. limitations, and RP guidelines and ask the leader of the Keepers and the admins to review it. I'm sure they're open to ideas if one of you guys comes up with a good enough solution.
