Has to be B. Looks like the top section could disengage from the cargo container and act as a fighter in a pinch. Now that would be a cool addition imo.

The only reason, I think, why A looks upside-down is because of the cockpit window. It would propably be fixed, if A gets approved that is...

This will stay relevent for about another 24 hours, then a decision will be made. So far it looks fairly weighted towards B.
