The fact that DarthBindo posted kudos for an event IC|Moscow took part in means DarthBindo (faction leader) knew IC|Moscow is/was part of the IC| faction.

Ok here is my point:
You say this is not a member of your Faction.
Initially I accepted this statement. But now more inconsistencies with your claim is showing up.
For example, the long activity time versus not being noticed.
Or the name popping up in a kudos responded by your Faction Leader proving that he knew about this name and character dating back all the way to March the 5th, which is practically a month since now. If you had all this time to find out whether or not this person was a member of your faction, why did you decide exactly now, when your company received a role-play consequence on behalf of this character, to say that he was not a member of your faction and thus arguing that you shouldn't receive any consequences as a Faction at all?

Wow, that was precious. Its like some of those LNS guys you see in gunboats. They shoot one Fighter for 15 mins, and then when the fighter gets another fighter as backup, they say: sorry all, g2g, need to log off.

Now we went back and forth about this subject but ultimately Dodike was kind enough to provide us with a source validating the existence of Moscow as he was kudosed which was then responded by Darthbindo who I know is an HC of your Faction. Surely if he saw that, and was part of that entire event (since he responded to the Kudos) he would definitely see Moscow is not part of the faction, if this truly was the case. Are you seriously telling me an HC in your faction doesn't know his own members?

We will not avoid RP consequences. Yes, it is our fault for not finding out who IC|Moscow is before this happened.

Hm, after reading the first 4 pages.... I am disappointed at how irp situations are dealt with OORPly.
This is the first roleplay community in which irp actions very often are "solved" by oorp means and while doing that, often result in oorp conflict.
I think the incident at hand is nothing too serious, it should be treated as an opportunity to roleplay a solution, not ask a million of oorp question, add accusations and guesses, then argue about things that have no real relevancy for the game.
Let Snak find out who the guy is and let them clear the matter IRP.
It's not a great deal.
It's not relevant to anybody but the IC and the Rhineland counterpart.
So why is this (again) blown out of all proportion if it is a simple thing?
And, on a sidenote: IC is rather new, they seem to me in the process of forming. Who has ever succeeded to be perfect in the first attempt? So... mistakes may happen.
Just roleplay the consequences, OORP behind the scene with the involved parties, make sure this OORP conversation is professional and friendly... and enjoy the irp game.
Jack, who thinks that conflict roleplay is the real roleplay... but who sees mainly OORP hate resulting from any attempt to do political or problem roleplay.
Thanks. We have not yet set up ourselves properly. We have ~6 new guys per last few days so we are quite lost in this, as it seems Moscow wa really long time with IC| tag, while he is definatly not part of IC|. We do not know anything more about him.
We are trying to find it out, but now I doubt he would even care to say who he is after the furball all uninvolved guys made.

Stop thinking about it as an oorp issue and problem between players. It's no furball in reality.
It is - and should be treated as - a minor diplomatic incident that can be easily solved if all involved parties keep a cool head.
Discussions like this one don't serve in providing a good setting for an IRP solution and a nice forumlancing game centering around the incident, IC-Rhineland relations, etc.
It sounds dumb but this is a thread in which the formula "Play the game!" should really be followed.
