NPC Odd behaviours.

I think that being able to see NPCs from further has some small side effects. Just now, I wanted to kill some NPCs that disrupted my lane. When I got rid of one of them, I noticed one was 3.2 K out, and wouldn't move at all. I moved around it, tried to shoot it to trigger its AI, but didn't do anything. Any reasons why?

Squad leaders will sometimes sit still in situations around tradelanes. I don't know why this happens. When you take out the leader, another one sometimes takes its place and has a random chance of sitting still.

It also happened sometimes with the usual disruption, of the 4 NPCs you meet, 3 attacks you, while one stands still.
