Freeport No-Fire Zone Violations

Greetings. It's IMG independent miner Alexander Romanov, callsign Volshebnik speaking. Today, I had an arranged meeting at Freeport 10 in Tau 37 with one of the outcasts, callsign Orange.Happyness I didn't expect any trouble, since it's probably... the best place to arrange such meetings for both parties, due to security reasons. It was intended to be a very short meeting, I just wanted to receive something I've paid for before.
Well, when I arrived there, I've met another... "representative" of Malta, callsign El.Jinete, shooting a freelancer. And it looked like that freelancer didn't have any intentions to fight, so he performed the combat landing.
I was kinda... impressed by such behaviour, so I asked him what does he thinks about the No Fire Zones.... probably the mere questioning of his actions made him angry enough, so I got few pulse and razor shots into my Hegemon and a demand of half million SC, as an answer to my question. Of course he didn't get anything. Before starting a docking sequence, I, of course, tried to collect some evidence.
Unfortunately, I didn't react fast enough to get a few guncams of him shooting that guy, nor do I have complete understanding of the situation, but I can guarantee I did not provoke him into shooting me... except for that question about NFZ, of course.

I do not know what the zoner policy is with bounty hunters attacking Transport ships at Freeport 1 but I'm pretty sure it's not allowed.

But that's not all they not only attacked my ships they also attacked the Freeport.

But that's not all I save the best part to last. Heres some images of them calling in the big guns to attack a transport class vessle. You may note that he's not afraid to fire a motar so close to a freeport.

Do not insult me I was not there when this attack took place , I'm just forwarding the evidence that was given to me on behalf of ToP.

You think I enjoy wasteing my time makeing reports of bountyhunter pilots attacking my tradeing vessles in cruiser class ships?

I strongly advise you to look at the evidence put the pieces togeather and then make what you will of it.

I am in no position to "make" anything of your evidence. I may be a Pope, but I neither pass judgement nor give blessings. I do however have strong opinions.

Further, at the time of your first transmission, I was unable to access your evidence. As to that, I am perfectly happy to let whoever is running Freeport 1 this week evaluate and comment on your plea.

I hear the borscht there is quite nice.

Thaught you should know that you can thank "Mars" for the dammage that was done to the Freeport in delta today. There was a zoner present while the fight was ongoing 10k from the freeport but as soon as the zoner left he draged the fight straight to the freeport.

~Trade vessels fleeing into a NFZ must dock. (Trade vessels are either freighter or tranport class craft.) All other vessels are not allowed to flee into a NFZ.

Hard to say how much dammage the freeport took but I do know that a Mortar hit it, anyways it's not my problem anymore it's yours.

I'd like to report an incident that happened at Freeport 11 yesterday concerning two individuals Dave and OCV-James.Mitchell. I was arriving at the Freeport and noticed some order agents were acting in a hostile manner towards me. When I was arriving at he Freeport one of them shouted Contact naturally I didn't think much of this as I thought hey were referring to the nomads (Npc) in the area and docked.

Then I received a PM from one of them provoking me calling me a coward, so I undocked to strongly advise them to take their violence away from the Freeport. When I said this they said that they would open fire on me anyways so I docked before they could even open fire.

I think it's quiet clear that these two individuals pose a threat to Freeport 11 and it's safety, as you can see from the images they have complete disrespect for Freeport 11's NFZ and from the looks of it Zoner law too.
