A group of people is heading towards the stage escorted by several highly trained, heavy equiped soldiers. Once on the stage they sit down on a tribune, one of them steps forwards to the microphone and appears on both of the gigantic screens on the side*
GREETINGS PEOPLE OF MALTA *the crowd cheers*
I am Maximus De Castillo, An outcast some of you might have heard off before, well here i stand before you again with another anouncement for the nation.
I have the pride, the privilege, NAY the pleasure, of introducing this event that will be open to all Outcasts and our allies. This event is hosted by One of our most known and most honoured Outcast fighters, the famous Zaza.
*The screens show zaza in pilot outfit and several movies of her in combat*
After all she has done for the Maltese nation and the orange dream, she has decided to give the people even more. i will now step down and give the word to her so she can explain about the event.
*Maximus steps down and takes a seat while zaza takes place in front of the microphone and adresses the Maltese people*
I will now reveal the details of the event:
I, Zaza, will step into my fighter and fight anyone who is brave enough to challenge me with his or her own fighter
If you've proven your skills in combat and are able to defeat me, a codename gun will be awarded to you, every pilot is given two chances to prove his or her worth in battle granting you the chance to win 2 code Name guns in total
Now we all had to start somewhere so to give the younglings and less talented among us a fair chance we came up with a plan:
roockie pilots may fight in groups of 2 and try to kill me *cough* i mean put me in my pod *laughs*
Altho for the Aces among us: Do you realy want to share prices, isnt there more glory to be found when dueling alone? wouldnt you want to be able to say to your children: This is my price for singlehandedly defeating one of Malta's best?
History has taught us that there are evil tongues among you who might just think: why the trouble, we'll just be awarded the weakest codeName guns available..
I'm pleased to tell you those people are WRONG.
The following system will be used to determine what codeName gun you will receive:
You will roll a dice.
All above 4 wins you a 2;00 code which you may choose...
All below 4 wins you a code with 3:03 or 5:00 which again you may choose yourself.
I'm aware that some of our people do not have the money nor capabilities or even the will to fly a ship, for those people the Maltese fleet has donated several CSV ships you can use. special thanks to senor Jameson for granting us permision to use those CSV's

The CSV's the fleet has given us have no armour upgrades and that WILL remain so under penalty of disqualification. Ofcourse senorita zaza will fight you in a CVS herself.
For those who want to join in there GunBoats, I will accept your challenge HOWEVER there will be NO codename reward. Instead these people will earn a cash price.
1.If you win the fight within 5 minutes you will receive 20 MILLION Sirius credits
2.If you win in more than five minutes you will receive less, 15 MILLION Sirius credits
3. And of course there's CC D'light bonus if you kill me in less than 3 minutes. this bonus exists out of a full cargo load of Cardy cola, Available in Any bar on malta.
If you want more than that you have to pay for it yourself otherwise i would run out of CC D'light!*she Giggles*
This bonus only counts for fighters, bombers and gunboats.
you can either fight me in a 1 vs 1 gunboat fight, or with 2 fighters.
Last, we understand even the biggest of our fleet need exercice so yes Battleships can also fight:
you will be facing me in a 1 vs 1 battleship fight
The rewards will be the same as for the gunboat.
Though any kind of setup is allowed, which means you are allowed to install Missiles or Mortars should you wish it.

Ozei sat in the bar aboard Ainu Depot, sipping at some wine that a generous yet shady stranger had given him in exchange for a small favor.
Glancing about the bar, Ozei took note of a small crowd huddled around a television screen. Getting up and walking over to see what the commotion was about, it became apparent that the screen was displaying a news channel with a rather interesting broadcast.
After watching the screen for a few minutes, Ozei had discovered that the Outcasts were holding a tournament of sorts. Rubbing his chin; feeling at the whiskers on his face, Ozei began to contemplate.
"A chance at some practice and some free experimental weaponry... Not bad." Ozei would walk off from the television screen and out of the bar.
Not really sure I like the Outcasts so much... Ozei thought. But hey, maybe if I show up in my Blossom then they will think me "allied" enough to take a crack at it. It is not like I ever shoot them anyway, so what reason would they have to turn me down?
Ozei clenched a fist, an excited smile on his face. Besides: Fighting against those better than you just makes you all the more better yourself!
Making his way to the hangar bay of Ainu, Ozei found his modified Blossom (The cockpit was carved out to fit him) and hopped inside. May as well get some practice in now, he mused. Maybe I can find some Hogoshan to pick on.
