Numbers are x/y/z, in order to get "maneuverability" divide torque by inertia and drag by inertia. T/I indicates how quickly you will turn, D/I indicates the delay in starting to turn and delay in stopping the turn.
Being one of the most agile Bombers, Roc sacrifices notable amount of hull and powerplant, but in return, turns into a deadly ship in experienced hands. With ability to fire a SNAC every ~10 seconds, this ship is at standard performance level compared to other Bombers, and thanks to its agility, it can bring down both less experienced Fighters as well as less experienced Gunboat pilots. Only problem with this ship is, 4 forward firing guns being spread all over the two wings, makes this ship less accurate than ships like Waran or Bounty Hunter Bomber, but on the other hand, being an unaffiliated ship, Roc is one of the best choices for independent pilots who prefer Bombers over Fighters.

This is why Roc is the best ;)
Note that it's 17 seconds on the SNAC wait, not 10...and you have to be pretty careful when you hit the trigger, because if you hit the trigger a smidge too soon, you won't get a SNAC and will have to wait another six seconds.
