Just a test of my abilities, modelled in Milkshape 3D, I hope to see it in Discovery one day.
I used:
Paint.NET
Milkshape 3D (And its plugins of course)
Some original freelancer textures.

1st perspective
2nd perspective

The idea of block-based construction
... description, name and etc... it doesn't matters.
CMP, MAT and original MS3D and TGA Texture
sorry I can't attach files, but I can send it to you if you r interested.

Sorry for my english.

"ALG Train" was the first that came into my mind when seeing this:D

Thinking about it, it doesn't quite fit into any of the Houses of vanilla Freelancer, but I think it could make a nice Gallic transport (with blue instead of the red)!

Interesting front section concept;)

Edit:
Oversized pics are oversized, so turn them into links, please, before a mod does that for you (^_^)

It's a nice model, congratulations.

However, I suggest that next time you should use another program(3ds max, Metasequoia, etc). Milkshape is old, and you can see that in your model.

Also, you should use .dds files.

Edit: You seem to have a few stretched textures on it, a few of them are blurry because you stretched them too much. Try to keep them the same size.

Also, your texture files are bland. Freelancer ships make heavy use of tiled textures, especially for large, continuous areas, like the top and bottom of your ship.

I used only one 512x512 for economy, I ll try to remake it in Maya as soon as possible

Looks nice. I think someone should work on higher quality textures for this one.

It's a new concept. I love the model, but I can't think of what faction it fits in. I was thinking of Colonial Remnant train? Just an idea, don't take it too seriously.

Anyway, I love it. A well done job.

Looks nice, kinda reminds me of a high-speed mag-train.

I think it could replace the Vache, if it is worked on some more.

It has no concept at all, I didn't created somthing special :)As I said before it was just a test of my abilities in milkshape 3D (vertex modelling without any primitives or tools) , If someone knows better or have artworks i can remake the model in style of some faction, and textures must be redrawn too... (sorry for my english)
