As a Citizen of Republic of Liberty, I'd like to invoke to civilian right of fair lawsuit.
My rights as a Free Man of Republic of Liberty was violated, by put in danger my life and health,
by destroy of my property and put cause a loss of money, by refusal to give equitable compensation.

My defendants are:

for exposure to my health and life at risk ,destroy of my property and act in great prejudice.

- Admiral Jack Malrone
for refusal to give equitable compensation for my losses.

Greetings,

I am aware that there is some sort of appeal process of an complaint that never went to any trial or mediation. However the Liberty Security Forces have assumed no fault in the manners of enforcing the Terrorist/Pirate Sedition Act. And were acting under their official capacity. Thus forth there is no civil action that can be taken against an agreement by the civilian body for their protection. The Republic agreed that certain measures of security were needed and that some rights- in order to live freer from danger, must surrender various liberties.

However this wasn't the case with this complaint. This complaint is about a Bomber Class vessel piloted by a intoxicated pilot and for fear of the civilian public and the military forces was forced to forfeit his vessel after an confrontation by volunteering to summit to Liberty Security Forces in their attempt to arrest said pilot.

That pilot being, Nuuskamuikkunen.

The Liberty Security Forces has operated to deter this pilot from flying military grade vessels, bar the lax definition of a civilian vessel, while proving that he is a risk to the public and military alike. This has no connection to the Liberty Navy event. Thus so the Liberty Security Forces motion to revoke Nuuskamuikkunen flying rights of anything that is an higher license grade vessel such as a bomber. Also there is an active warrant against Nuuskamuikkunen for his flight records to be turned over willingly to the LSF which he has not produced anything.

Thus so the Liberty Security Forces wish to motion this claim as a waste of valuables human resources. The Liberty Government is not a endless bank to give out to people who choose to put themselves at risks. IC, IND are perfect insurance companies that can reimburse this Liberty Civilian for his losses that could have been avoided.

With that you will not find any more Liberty Security Forces memo's motions or requests in this Civilian complaint that is unfounded and has no base.

I must protest the blatant interference by a high ranking government official in a civil matter brought forth by my clientl!
This is a court of law and equity, not some monkey room wherein unelected officials can feel free to play and ignore the established rule of law and procedure!
If the LSF deems fit to add their view on the matter, they, like the rest of us, must wait until a summons is issued, a defense claimed, and discovery begins!

~Before being transfered back to active duty decides to have one last hurrah. Upon receiving the most recent commentary Agent Hansen decides to put his normal suit on and proceed to fly to the Court where the Judge that would...if he or she is that bored would work the case~

That would depend if you like to sit on this for months and have nothing done. Wait our turn? Surely I have all the time in the world to wait. And for your records Liberty Security Force is a civilian unit. So now that we keep this civil I wouldn't mind starting this. Unless this is an actual court proceeding - which it isn't a Judge would have to take it. So I consider this an mediation. Thus so I am here to represent the LSF officers involved and am against the claim that Liberty Security Forces operated outside their official capacity.

Agent Hansen, unless you are a licensed lawyer who has passed his bar test and are here representing the two LSF officers by filing a defense and recieving their summons, I must DEMAND that you remove yourself from the proceedings at once!

Oh you do realized that civil lawsuits and criminal trials cannot be in one claim right? Clause 1 is not a civilian matter not by the slightest and no police entity has filed for this claim and that civilians to make this complaint would have to be backed by Liberty Police or an Government Agency and since the Liberty Police has not filed then it cannot be added. Otherwise 2 and 3 can remain for this - civil suit. Other wise if you're trying to push an attempted murder trial you're stiffing your own case.
