SO this is the thing, im a huge history fan n today i refreshed a part about worldwar 2.
it came to my attention that hitler's docters performed experiments on jews (medical experiments and so on) alot of those experiments lead to breaktroughs in the medical world.
now as an outcast, who keeps lots n lots of slaves. im kinda confused were not shipping out any medical supplies? by experimenting on slaves we must have made somekind of advance no? same goes for corsairs and any unlawfuls keeping slaves. another thing: more advanced weapons than other nations? we can test every single weapon on humans, this must have lead to some sort of advantage no?
on a side note: the cheetah thruster, clearly says its outcast tech. now i can udnerstand freelancers n all that use it. but kinda confused when i saw a sair fly by using that tech. makes me go like: WHUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT? O.O
btw just so i wont just favour unlawfulls: cant lawfulls put their prisoners to work? give em a advantage on building new bases or ships or stuff?
A Psalm out of the outcast history books.
The dons are our shepherds; I shall not want. They make us live with a cause; They lead us trough the still vasts of space. They restore our souls; They lead us in the paths of righteousness For The Orange Dream. Yai, though we fly through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil; For the Spirits are with us; Your leadership and Your cardamine, they comfort us. You prepare a safe home for us in the presence of our enemies; Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us All the days of our life; And we will dwell in the house of the outcasts Forever
i know i know mate, n i didnt report him or anything (he told me the same thing when i asked him) but its kinda weird rp if you use tech developed by your archenemy no? even if its not limited to the faction

Err ...
1. no sufficient research infrastructure
2. more than 800 (assume more than 900) years of technological advancements ... I think at some point the human body is pretty much well researched:D
3. slaves are used for work camps and ... other ... things
4. How come "you" have the "most advanced" weapons?
5. Weapon tests on humans: Yeah ... He's even more dead, Jim:D
@Michail ... well Outcasts really have a research facility which performs research on humans. I wont tell you where exactly - because its a secret, when you are curious find it at your own. (I wont spoil the fun for others).
@topic ... but the research is aimed on cardamine experiments and not to produce any pharmaceuticals for the mankind.
about point 2: yea but lawfulls cant research people by performing tests that hurt people while performing em (like test new untested probably dangerous medication on slaves)
about point 4,5: youc an kill a man wiht sticks n stones, than we used swords, than guns, now we have mother****in nukes:Dyou can always kill in a cooler way *puts on sunglasses*

It is my understanding most of these slaves are put to work on the cardamine plantations - and tend to have reasonably good lives. Some of them are eventually absorbed into the Maltan society as low-class citizens once they become reliant enough on Cardamine that to survive without it would become impossible. Due to the restorative properties of Cardamine, Outcasts need relatively few medicines short of the orange drug itself...

In small-arms, yes. In spaceborn arms, not so much. The spacecraft weapons can be tested in any asteroid field, and the larger weapons can be tested on dead planetoids or lifeless moons fairly easily. You could argue the lawful forces have an edge in designing spacecraft weaponry: They have easier access to a larger population of scientists who can do the research, greater funding, and easier access to high-grade materials needed to design weapons.

I'm sure Liberty has a hand in doing just that. There's a reason one of the Lib prisons sells slaves... >.>
I'm sure they keep quiet about it however. As for the Cheetah thruster, it has been mentioned many times over. The thing is expensive as hell and doesn't provide a serious edge in most fights - but is available to anyone on Barrier Gate. I'll grant you that a Sair using it would raise an eyebrow with me.
