I wouldn't, actually, but am curious if this would hypothetically be valid if a hypothetical player were to hypothetically TLAGSNET a hypothetical trader and have their hypothetical faction hypothetically start a hypothetical forum post about it.
My concern with forum-only RP is that not everyone has time to keep track of all of the threads on the forum, and if someone just got a TLAGSNET screenshot taken of themselves they wouldn't even know that they should be on the lookout for a forum post about them.

We'll not FR5 people with only this evidence, but if we saw people, who reenter our systems and dock at a base, their docking is considered as hacking (which could later result in 6.10/FR5), because we inform every "criminal" via forum.
Great. RFP indie pulled this trick, and official RFP played along. I will be honest. It's disgusting to see such nice feature used in such lazy way. Instead of patroling police can eat doughnuts and cola. And try making more money than pirates. Just... Rather sad. Get real evidence as it is supposed to be. If you want to show proper RP, then do it. /rant and anger.

btw: Because we're only a few, every RFP member has far too much to do. A catch via TLAGSNET would be inRP (for me) enough to report him to the criminal db.

Sorry, but I don't think it should work that way. Doing things with only forum RP and no in-game RP is rather lame. Not everyone has time to read every post on the forums.

This is total bull and not an excuse. RFP has a whole lot *less* to do than LPI, because Liberty is a whole lot busier than Rheinland. Yet LPI doesn't try to FR5 people with nothing more than a TLAGSNET shot.
If you see someone carrying contraband, go catch them. If you don't manage to catch them, tough, they got away. Sitting at a station using nothing but TLAGSNET to "catch" people is just lame.
