That's very good. But you forgot to factor these numbers into your equation. Your statements are misinformed and irrelevant, and your data is incomplete.

An average Light Bomber has 38,200 u of power recharging at 1,722 u/s. It takes roughly 3/4 of the energy of this bomber to fire the SNAC and takes 11 seconds to recharge sufficent power to fire the weapon again.

An Average Light Cruiser has 1,400,000 u of power and a recharge rate of 95,000 u/s. It takes roughly 2/3 of the powercore to fire the LM and takes 7 seconds to recharge sufficent power to fire the weapon again.

When you put those numbers in perspective it is actually more energy efficent to fire a Light Mortar than it is to fire a Supernova from a Bomber.

Comparing the energy use and efficency ratings of two entirely different shipclasses is about as productive as getting milk from a bull. It says nothing about your argument other than you're grasping at straws.

Speaking of not doing full reports on the subject, you seem to be leaving out the fact that the bomber can AVOID anything the cruiser can throw at it, wheras the cruiser is rather large target and unless the bomber is snapping off shots at maximum range, isnt going to be able to avoid it.

That's because Cruisers don't serve much purpose other than agitating Gunboats and sniping Battleships, they're not supposed to fend off bombers.

Cruisers are dead in the water to bombers.

A single bomb hitting a precise location on the ships deck in order to penetrate to the ammunition magazines. Here in FL.. Doesn't matter where you hit, same damage anyways.
