I do have to slightly agree with ryoken.

Yesterday I encountered a total of 3 order ships. 1 group of 2 fighters and the other a lone GB.

The first two fighters Sierra.Nineteen and Sierra.Eighteen both came out with some brilliant RP about how they were investigateing the threat of Nomads, that we were all on the same side aiming for the same goal. And how they would be interested in information regarding any possible Nomad activities in the area. I truely enjoyed RPing with them and instead of calling for the backup I knew was at Westpoint I talked with them and let them on thier way.

The other was a Gunboat, whom I shall not name, whos reason for being in Liberty could be basically summed up as "FOR TEH LOLZ!". And then he shot at some LN and flew off.

I can say for a fact simply that although some are truely terrible, some are actually good. If those encounters are anything to go by its a 1:2 ratio, but I doubt thats accurate.

These were both encounters in the same system, no more than 20k appart and no more than 2 mins appart.

Well that is off topic, as Bering is not in Order ZOI. So yeah, you will get raped in Bering, as every single Order ship i have ever met that far out of their ZOI has had no RP reason to be there. Name i do not remember, as for my Dread being in Bering? Not bloody likely as i always go through Hudson to avoid rocks,and I am red to zoners. Only Order ship i remember killing in Liberty space in last 2 years was an Osiris. And as stated that is against ID rules now, and was frowned on big time in past.
In Alaska i tell all Order ships do not aprouch NY gate. Stay 20K away and they will have no issues with the Yorktown.
IF this encounter you mention was back in 2011 between April and novemberish? I was not playing here, and my accounts were played by 2 others to keep ships from going bye bye. What they may have done i care little of, as i told them to do as they wish with my chars.

I have never fired first against Order in any of my navy chars. They spot a navy ship, and they all swarm it looking for PvP. 75% of all order players do not know Order RP.

Seriously, any lack of RP is likely equal on both sides. Best we can do is set the example.


I'd personally love to see the Order ID changed so that PVP against humans is only allowed in self defense when outside of our primare zones of influence (omicrons) and caps (cruisers at the least) be allowed back in house space.

I was going by the new ID/ the new ranger ID will be every where, well Order iD is not.
But what ever. Let Order do what ever they want. They are so few, and totally un-organised anyway. Let em play with the bunters.
