On Igiss suggestion, what do you think we should do about Omicron Gamma?

Personally just make it unclaimable so theres no Argueing about it.

I say take it off of AW, why should other players suffer because of AW and their leaders. If we carry on like this, there will be no claimable systems and nobody left to claim them :( . Whatsmore, say I wanted to claim Gamma, for my faction (don't want it) I had no part in the Gamma crisis, yet I would be treated like those who did have a part, not fair. Anywho, that's just my opinion, you wanted a voice, here it is...

IMHO, I can't see why Gamma should be unclaimable. This problem happened there because Dab and the Damned spent their time there. It could of happened in another system. We should not restrict others because the actions of a few. With that said, I think however AW should loose the system, they attempted to control it, their method of controlling it resulted in conflict, and now the region is in dispute.

Maybe a real battle should be arranged, one that is watched over by an independant adjudicator, between the AW and the Phantoms, if AW win they may keep their system, and if the Phantoms win AW must surrender it. Surely if they fought for it in a decider Dab could not complain that it was taken unfairly, and the Phantoms could try and get justice for what happened to them, there would also be a few trusted and non-combat players to make sure no cheating went on...?

Just a thought...

Oh and Dab I was reffering to making it unclaimable to all factions, and players. Which is unfair.

That would be a solution if the Phantoms wanted Gamma, but the Phantoms just move around they don't own or control anything.

The fight would be for us to abondon the system and not them take it. But it stay empty of AW's influence. We give up the system if they win, that would be it. I suggested this too that day he said arrange a fight with Kane for it. Then Kane come and we DID have a fight in there. Saying I would leave if I lost but asked the same of them. They just attacked we won (nice shooting by Marauder BTW) then Kane just left the server Damned changed chars entered OUR home system, and Crimson Vo said he would leave (he was the only one not being an @** after the battle was lost. Obviously noone left the system... If they would make this official Im fine with it. But we do need someone neutral in it to watch. Though I doubt we will have any cheating.

Dab seems to agree though, and he explained it better than I did...I say go for it, we'd just need a few volunteers etc. to keep it clean...

I've defenetaly caught a lot of tension that needs "released."

I see this as the only solution that noone can argue to afterwords. Even me.

You're putting me on that pedestal again...yeesh I just like writing and being part in stories.

But if it solves the problem, a witnessed fight between AW and the Phantoms for continued control over Gamma.

Proposed Terms:
Phantoms win, the AW are forced to relinguish control over Gamma leaving it open to anyone that ends up taking the corsairs as their rep.

AW win, they maintain their influence until the same thing occurs, Phantoms would be forced to stay out of Gamma or must leave when asked.

The fight could be viewed from Roleplay as the Corsairs deciding who to support, the Phantoms or the AW, since both factions have relationships with the corsairs.

I think in the end though, the discussion will be muted by a pirate faction coming in and taking the corsair rep since they would have priority for the system due to their rep.
