Once i'm back, i'm taking DarkStar to Alpha. I rather like the orange grass waving in the Malta breeze coming off of the Sea of Exiles, with the sun just setting in the sky turning it into a mosaic of pastels. I will not let you burn Malta! That was one of the few planets I would keep, you know. :P

Besides, I want the Cardimine for my greedy old self. :lol:

Well the rumors say that it is grass very simmilar to earth just to the fact it containes cardamine. But plants need CO2 to survive... and the had to get it from somewhere be4 outcasts came.

And 60/70% is WAY too much. That thing is all over and a fleet composesd out of 10 bs could barely destroy 5%. Even THAT is too much.

Here's why upto 70% of the cardamine grasses are gone:-

Does that explain it? They caused a massive bushfire and the Outcasts were too busy trying to kill the 2 capships in orbit tp fight the fire instead.

One of the rumors I heard was that the Outcasts had gotten a reliable source of NOX (or whatever that stuff is) up there. Any big invasion fleet would be shot to hell before they got close enough.

That, and DarkStar has more than ONE nuclear mine... :P

You cannot destroy something of a planet exept with lasers. Lasers are light. Anything else is burneed in the atmosphere. And if 60 percent of the grass will burn... that would consume.. maibie all of the oxigen left

Actually, the ship based weapons we have would be killed in atmo. Even lasers wouldn't make it to the surface (They would lose all energy trying to fight their way through atmo). Missiles, especially ones designed for space combat, would never make it as well. Planetary bombardment with specially designed bombs would work, but we don't have those. You'll just have to do it the hard way, won't you? :P

I just dare you to bring a Dreadnaught into Malta's gravity well. You'd never get out alive (either you get stuck in said gravity well, or they blow you up with what ammounts to nuclear missiles).
