Don't really know if original FL universe really provides a bundle of opportunity to RP, but I myself never wanted to play main cheff of the Synth-Food. Fact that there'r many choices, doesn't necessarily make any of them appealing.
Well its pretty obvious you have no idea about any of the RP your criticizing.
First; Raven's Talon isn't a Jedi ship. Its not even a star wars ship.
Second; The Phantoms don't have psychic powers except for Virus, since he isn't a human. They just have very advanced technology in the form of battle armor, weapons, etc. Not even Darkstar has psychic powers. The only ones who do who are still alive (excluding Jonathon and Kristina Pryde, unless Angel brings Kristina back) are Val'ren and Virus. Notice I don't mention Luciaden. He is DEAD. I've hinted at it alot, including how I haven't used his name in the AW MD since I finished Part I of GotP. Yes, he was a demi-god basically, but that was a necessary part of his death, which I don't currently have the time to write. Plus the person who is supposed to kill him isn't very active anymore.. Val'ren, his son, isn't anymore powerful than Luciaden was when I first created that character. And Luciaden was not that powerful at first.
Now, if you were indeed referring to me about the 'invisible force 18m away,' well I'm 16. And yes, he can kill from that distance.. Especially since 18m is 18 meters.. You could shoot someone from that distance. 18 miles, only weak people.. Oh, and there are no sith chars (mine or others) at all. Everyone here made characters not related to Star Wars at all, except Wolfpack who has long since been gone.
So watch what you criticize, as I'm 90% sure you haven't read all the big RP stories we all made a year or so back.

Yes, please don't use the Marauder until its fixed. Use the Kiith Somtaww, and maybe Taiiden and Kadesh ships. That will give you a bomber, some light fighters, some VHFs, and a few ships almost as strong as a gunboat, though it makes up for the lack with agility and size.

Raven's Talon is ship seen in Jedi Knight later serials being used by Kyle Katarn and Mara Jade. It is from StarWars universe, just as Crow is, "Albatros" battlecruiser (which is actually Nebulon assault frigate), BH battleship is Nebulon B frigate, BH cruiser is Corellian "Blockade Runner" class corvette...that's what u get for editing ships from other universes.
About manga special powered anti heroes, Virus is hardly the only one as far as I'v seen....

Please DON'T use the ONLY cylon ship as a CYLONS? As a favor to whom? All those "RP conscious" people flying Blood Dragon HF (that is equally hard to hit as marauder is, but with double the firewpower and more armor)? Or people flying "Raven's Talon" instead of say "Saber" just cos' its harder to hit? Or those flying Rheinland Snoobnose bombers armed with Coladas? Or maybe to those flying as house military but armed with outcast only "inferno" cannons?
Marauder can be easily destroyed just as any other fighter, or even easier, if u know how.
=BSG= guys destroyed 3x =CYLON= marauders so far, and as our main opponents never complained. I was even destroyed by a razor hit from Viper once.
All your input is interesting, however, if as you say, "its been done and the faction shall die," then why not just let it play its self out and enjoy the ride.

the marauder has a really messed up hitbox. ive hit a maruader with a nova( we were testing ships)
and it seemed to go straight through the ship and never even touch it. an this was when we were both still.
so imagine trying that when moving.
also, it really wouldnt hurt to use some of the other ships temporarily. the people are working on fixing it (from what i gather), so u should be able to use it once it sorted.
also, u may not know, but most of the clan factions DO tend to follow rules, both their clan rules and the general rules of disco.
eg: a Rm char uses adv delibs instead of colodas or even infernos. the 101st use only pure outcast ships and guns, ie: krackens and infernos.
even the names suit the RP for the char, [though id say u have the names part right] (like RM chars are somewhat german names, corsair/outcast are spanish names etc)
the people who come under ure described category arent the best Rpers here, though i believe credit must be given to some who do try, and manage to do it very well, and trust me. there are quite a few of those people here, who despite being in a clan RP very well.
also, i saw that u previously asked for a terrorist id. now, i also see that u got denied, but it hasnt stopped some of your Cylon fighters from pvp whoring to the max. i wont mention more here, to avoid humiliation, but methinks you need to get your act together. get your ships, guns, diplomacy and everything done and dusted, and post a RP story which would be able to relate to FL. FL is a diff game to BSG or Star wars or star trek, so bringing other stuff to fl, it needs to have a fl element in it.

I know about these Starbutt, just because I was wrong on one doesn't mean you should treat me as an incompetent. And just because you asked for it; The BH BS is actually the Alliance Assault Frigate, not the Nebulon B.

I remember pretty well hiting it with dual novas while he was moving, yeah, it gone right trough him.. But blasted him to pieces. And not from close range, it was like 500 or smtn. You can ask =CYLON=R-A206-975 here, maybe he remembers it. It was in tau-37, Castor was the bomber. I agree marauder has a bugged hitbox, but i can agree only for guns, not for novas. Anyway, VFR has a point there, that is their only ship, and it has it's weaknesses.
