Way too much changing mid-stream here so far, and your diplomacy board still looks odd.
Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood dragons are allies of the Outcasts, would you have the Maltese back after you for attacking their friends ?
I'm still very uncomfortable that you were here long enough to choose what appears to be the buggiest ship in
the game for your own, before making overtures to the community.
To that end it is being dealt with, to stop others using the 'loophole' for an advantage ...
Please do not post an official faction status yet, as a probationary period is going to be required for your existance.

Quick comment on the Marauder...

That ship is getting a torp launcher and better agility in 4.84. I sincerely HOPE the hitbox issue is getting fixed as well because it will be even more of a conflict point if not.

Please, stop with the ship talking, it has realy gone too far. I will ask the admins to fix that thing in the next version (if it's not too late). I'v had a fight with one of the =BSG= few moments back.. He had no troubles with me, only because he was using missiles.. They are the pwners of poor marauders.

Now, please, don't write anymore about the ships, we are all hoping it'l get fixed. And untill then, we'r not using shields (untill we learn how to use them). Also, we are only enemies to the =BSG= (for now), and i don't see them complaining about marauders with no shields. All others will be ignored, you can kill me i will ignore your shooting. Unless you are a Colonial. That's it, for now.

A. Igiss knows about the hit box problem, not sure if he has time to fix it or not, but he and other ship modeler types are aware.
B. Ship choice is a big sticking point for any faction and -will- be a topic in your faction introduction thread if there is a problem.
C. You're going to need a new thread anyway, might as well hash these things out in this old damaged thread.

Just because you see a name on a show doesn't mean that we took from it. Asgard was used long before that movie was made. Asgard is from Norse Mythology. I used the name as when we were still a part of the WA clan, we were a norse clan, so AW needed a norse name.

I made AW from the ground up. Before you start pointing fingers, find out about the things your accusing. And try finding anything similar between SG and AW. You won't.

Back to the subject, about RP-ing.

This is what i'v said in alpha, when they asked me to say my intentions.

This was they answer. They didn't get it.

This is however something that i said in NT, after Skyelius said : "Cylon detected, activating defense systems."
You see it is the same as the one up there in Alpha. Cylons should not use many words, mainly phrases.

This was his answer. He got it.

Now, i hope more pepople can try to actualy read what is written. It is not just a bunch of letters with numbers, it has it's meaning. It would help our RP, and we would stay pretty much Cylons (not humanoid speech etc).

I am not a BSG fan and know zilch about that show, but before you guys were hostile to Outcast I saw a few of you at different times chatting like this in Alpha. The first time I almost reported you for OOC chat, but I held out on that and watched and then realized that this type of chat WAS your RP and started enjoying it. Keep up the good work!

Though not observable in the new BSG, Cylons did have allies of a sort. An insectoid species sided with Cylons, which picked-off humans on R&R for food, so that question is answered. Man this dates me. I used to watch the old BSG in my jammies on Sunday nights. Never thought I would see my old memories used in such a way. Overall, let Darwin rule on this subject. If we survive, then we have proven our right to exist. Otherwise, hush:)

Since the BSG player faction was allowed here, I see no problem with the Cylons being allowed here, as long as they work out their diplomacy (which they're obviously doing) so they don't become PvP whores.

I remember that episode. I didn't see the original BSG when it was first broadcast, but I did see every episode of it, usually multiple times, when it was rerun on the SciFi Channel in the 1990s. I've seen the original BSG miniseries which was the basis for the original TV series. I even saw the sequel to the original series, Galactica 1980, the premise of which was that Battlestar Galactica reached Earth in 1980, secretly made first contact with a few Earthlings, then left to protect Earth once the Cylons started to get close to finding Earth. The new series is basically a remake of the original miniseries and TV series, ignoring the events in the unpopular Galactica 1980 series.

EDITED to add that the hitbox for the Marauder has been fixed in the new beta, as posted in the thread entitled "New hitbox for the Marauder, Good news for all owners."
