Sirs,
I had just recently refitted my Nephthys at Lisbon and was returning to Toledo. I report at the research center on a monthly basis concerning my field observations. Then just as I approached the docking lanes a single SCRA gunboat launched from Isis.
My scanners went to red alert and given the other patrols were not present I felt the situation was highly irregular. Isis did not respond and her turrets remained quiet. I questioned the SCRA pilot to verify his business. See vid captures and comms below.
To summarize the pilot identified himself as Andraste Fionnlagh of the Order. I did not have access to the HC database so please verify. He mentioned he had Order High Command permission to be in Minor and was conducting weapons fitting. He would not leave the system and given his gun superiority I decided to report the situation.
I believe he was testing weapons on the Nomads as I observed from a distance, his shields were wearing quickly. He must have been engaged earlier given the boat did not show regens in my scans.
Hopefully this SCRA boat has approval and there are no security breaches. I do not recall any memos form HC on this type of activity however I know the research center is not in the primary comm loop.

So! What can be done? Can I get free money and ships? Will I have to re-work up the ladder of awesomeness? Can I use a Corsair ship without having to ask permission again?

Negative Captain, you can not use Corsair ships or any kind of Corsair equipment without their approval.

I am sure you propably familiarized yourself with new directives but I do suggest to read it again. Channel concerning expanded operational zone can be found here. But I will do little exception just for you. While I do not like that new mode about using // encryption rubbish you should be aware that Colonials don't owe anything to us to spare a osiris while actualy stationed cruiser there, is just enough and sometimes can be considered overkill. I fail to see your full name as well. Therefore your request is denied.

To commander Brannigan. You should know that Order High Command automaticaly aproves and is okay with any ship you get permission to fly with. Problem is I am not exactly sure that IMG is willing to share their tech with us.

I understand that keeping his "old" vessel would be better for him.

On the other side...

To recommend anyone I would need to:
-know the Pilot anywhere from
-had the opportunity to fly missions with him
-see missionreports which show how well the pilot is doing his job

None of these points happend so far.

So a "recommendation" can't be really done.
