The Independent Miners Guild has become an irritant to us. Opening fire on us in Leeds' orbit was the last straw. Normally we'd handle this personally, but we can't waste time or equipment flying down to Bretonia and the Omegas to deal with them. That is why I want you to deal with them for us.
They must be part of the main corporation, not secondary or contracted workers. This means only ships bearing the IMG| IFF.
You'll be paid three million per destroyed miner, fighter, and transport.
Gunboats will be worth five million. This is so you can afford to pay for additional assistance from others when taking out these more heavily armored ships. I don't care who you hire to help you, so long as they are not our enemies.
Any cruisers, should you be lucky enough to get one, will be worth ten million.
If you destroy a transport filled with ore, and take or destroy that ore before they can reclaim it, I'll add an additional three million on top of the first.
The one requirement is that you must tell your victim, right as he is blowing up, or after in the case of a fighter, send it to his escape pod, that "This is a message from the Kiretsu."
You may claim this in any system, it is not restricted just to Omegas and Bretonia. This bounty will be active for the foreseeable future and will not end until the Miners Guild makes sufficient reparations.
Ozei would be flipping through the various messages on his PDA, sipping at a glass of water. To his surprise, Ozei found himself to be staring at a message from the head of Kiretsu herself.
"Zetsumai..." Ozei mumbled.
Opening up the message, Ozei skimmed it the first time through. After a bit of a shocked look appearing on Ozei's face, he re-read the message more carefully, still slurping his water. Mid-way through the message, Ozei spat the water in his mouth back in his cup. "What in *cough cough* the hell?"
After finishing reading the message, Ozei would contemplate on it.
Independent Miners? Rather rag-tag bunch of folk, those are. Equally interesting is the fact that Miss Zetsumai contacted me personally for this. Hrmm...
Ozei decided a swift reply back would be the best course of action.

Quite interesting that I might find myself speaking to you, Miss Zetsumai. Equally baffling is that you have approached me with a private contract!
Now before I bore you with my ramblings, allow me to give my thoughts on this offer: The IMG in the past have caused me no trouble whatsoever. As such, so far I have returned the favor in not harming them. This is not to say that I have not considered it, iie. I simply did not have a solid reason to do so.
You certainly seem to have gathered up a generous sum of credits for this contract, so I suppose I would be a damned idiot to decline. Besides.. It has been fairly boring around here lately, and this could be just the thing I need to have some good old fashioned fun.
Miss Zetsumai, count me in. I look forward to this and any future endeavors you have to offer.

I thought for sure the transport would dock with Java once we reached it. It did not. Funnily enough, the Emergency Defense Group Enterprise (EDGE) was present, and simply sat there dumbly whilst I whittled away at the transport. Eventually, they all went after my arse, but too late! Transport died.
Seems I ticked off the pilot of the transport rather badly. Even so much as to give five million to the man who could manage to shoot my Blossom up. Not today! I managed to make a quick getaway before the trader could be given the pleasantry. "I want to see that message," he said. Hah! He makes me laugh.
That makes for 3,000,000 credits Miss Zetsumai. Any additional amounts would be appreciated, but not necessary.
I have stirred the hornets nest. Time to get to work...

Sincerest apologies on the delay, Miss Zetsumai... I got myself a bit lost for a while out exploring, but I finally managed to find civilization again and bag a kill on those Miners.
Bumped into a siege of the Outcasts unto Java, so I decided to jump into the fray! Out of all the IMG| Miners there, only one had the balls to stick it out to the end (The rest either docked or ran)
I shall try and bag some more in coming days. However, it is a bit difficult to find ones that are destructible, as most of the fighters will wimp out on me when their shields deplete, or they employ gunboats, even larger against my lonesome self. I suppose the best thing to do here is just hire some help...
