Maybe its time to let the faction do things their own way. Jumping down their throats for every -perceived- error is a good way to demoralize and demotivate a fledgeling faction.

Also, policy and diplomacy take time. [M] haven't been around that long. Give them space to grow, fall over, get up, show scars to girl next door, get lucky,... maybe I went too far with that.

I don't see why [M] should support the O'Reilys or Hone. These 2 receive the inRP consequences of their actions and since [M] aims in covering the entirety of the Mollys and not only the radicals, they do good for staying out of it.

This would be how I read it as well.
Personally i'd like mollies to be more like Vanilla Mollies, hating on all in Brettonia and folks go into Dublin at their own risk. Not saying the RP cant expand and change of course, but this is one thing about the Mollies I always liked.

Also, I strongly suggest to tell your members to get involved in the Dublin events. As it is now, it looks like they are in a cage. IMG comes and attacks Mollys around Arranmore, and indies show more RP interaction then your boys.
This is a wrong approach. If you can't handle the situation quickly, at least allow your members to do what they want when there's an incident happening. Because, to be honest, what happened today in Dublin was awesome for everyone except for your faction. One of your members didn't just watch though, but attacked the Reaver, and I'm satisfied with him.

Also, as far as I know Mollys, they'd never let an outsider attack their own outside of their base. I would even prefer if you took IMG's side on this one, that'd be better then being 'innocent bystanders.'

You're not always in-game, remember that. A awful lot happens when you aren't around. Personally I find it baffling how a whole faction with 20-30 members and thousands INRP, can have such a stir by 1-2 people.

Not many of us were online on skype last night, it was about 5 of us and even then 2 I think were afk. I did go on and watched for about 10 minutes and realized the whole situation was just "who has the bigger penis" and find it a useless waste of time. We are getting involved in the IMG-Molly deal, as I said before, you're not always in-game but I'm also communicating to Henderson.

I don't think it's very important which ship it was, or who destroyed it under what circumstances.

I think you should be far more proud and aggressive then you are now.

Asking for cease fire with the Gaians + not doing anything in the IMG-Mollys situation is kind of weak.
I hope you will change this and won't let anyone play with you in the future. You have multiple choices of course, I am not telling you which one to take.

Maybe contacting other groups would do the trick. Consider new alliances, and most importantly - try to change something in Molly roleplay, take a different approach from those taken in the past. I think 'peace' has been killing a lot of Molly activity in the past, but that's just me.

Again, we are doing something about the IMG-Molly situation, we could either go guns blazing and that would be simple and quick to do, or work out and re-new the factions alliance that would need the MMC who hurry their ass up and reply in the thread I linked above.

Wow. Interesting perception of a scene that can have quite some impact on diplomacy (and which was designed to have some impact, to cause friction, to give Mollys and IMG a chance to position themselves in the new diplomacy). I am, honestly, disappointed at that statement.

I thought that there were only "small" members present that did not dare to intervene and do anything to keep it from spilling over. I didn't expect the Governor of the Mollys (that'd be the rank of a Guildmaster in IMG|, not even Jack is that high) to be present... and its player to think the scene as a "waste of time".

[M] did stay out in this scene. Just to clarify that. They attacked a Reaver, but docked afterwards. I didn't see them take any significant impact on the IMG-Molly (indie) conflict.

I didn't say they should support O'Reilys. I only said they should do something, instead of nothing. Supporting O'Reilys is one of many ways to go.

Oddly enough, us who participated in the whole event didn't get that feeling. And this ingame situation should be much more important then some neural net communication.
However, if situations like these are a useless waste of time, what do you perceive as a good time investment?

While I partially agree with you, from my experience I find it's better to voice my concerns while the faction is still in creating process than doing it afterwards.
