Shooting Transports with a Cruiser or bigger?

I'm sure this matter have been discussed over 9000 times.

But comeon, pirating a Masterdon infront of a Libby Cruiser is just not cool.

Isn't there anything I can do?
(There were no lawful snubs or funboats in system either)

so I was just returning to New York, and by the NY JG in Colorado, I meet a pirate pirating a transport.
The best part was when the transport told me: "You gon'a shoot me?"

Now how do I respond to that?
