Oh I know, it is dead easy.
The same as every secret in this game is, I could uncover all the factions hard work in about 10 minutes.
But you know what would happen then, everyone with a brain will be faced with the decision of should we all do this or ignore it completely.

The problem is when "oh that's metagaming" is used as an excuse to ignore something. I've seen it happen multiple times with Das Wilde infected RM, or alliances that no one could hope to keep secret yet are mysteriously dismissed as wild rumor.
That's not neccessarily the case here, however, it would be ridiculously oorp to assume the Hogosha don't have a Kishiro spy or two within their ranks, seeing how they work for competitiors and all.
The open transmission to all Hogosha thus presents a problem.
