Admin Notice: Faction Statuses Revoked; Warnings for Inactivity

113th wasn't boring, but people generally joined the faction to be an alien, not to be KNF.

Our new faction proposal gives us the faction-wide tag of 113th|, rather than it being only on KNF ID ships.

This 113th| tag will hopefully be matched some day with a specific Iseijin ID.

We aren't afraid of metagaming. Also, not everyone we met on our Wild ID ships died, as our MD can attest.

It is our belief that the original idea of the 113th was flawed from a player's point of view, but it served a valuable function in RP and we have no intention of wiping that time from server history.

I spent very little time in Minor on my Wild ships. Most of it was spent in Sigma13 observing traffic and proliferating misinformation.

It was not a case of not logging onto characters because there was nothing to do, there was plenty to do. However, over the past few months the 113th have received several requests from the KNF and the [KNF] to withdraw from central Kusari space and focus on Tohoku.

Tohoku is a -very- quiet place.

Mostly we ignored them, and continued our work in central Kusari- bothering Artifact traders, alien organism traders, escorting Outcast gunships out of Kusari, escorting Corsair gunboats out of Kusari. The usual. But it was -very- demotivational to receive these periodic demands.

We should have forced people to fly the 113th. We should have looked at this activity tracker. Yes.

We accept that this rule, brought in during March, is now the death knell of a Faction we have worked hard on and been -active- with.

As you've seen today, we had a plan to withdraw all our KNF ID ships and focus on the Wild ID ships; to achieve a focus of mission for our faction. We've been going over these plans and discussing them for several months, always aiming for 4.86.

Now it seems we've had to move forward those plans.

And Casero, saying that it's more attractive to have wild ships going to minor and shoot at the order is all very well when the [KNF] can go to Leeds to shoot at the Baf, but the 113th didn't have that luxury. The 113th| were only permitted in Kusari core space, and even there they weren't entirely welcome.

We hope that the Admin staff will consider the new faction proposal based on its merit, and the merit of our interactions with the community in, and outside the game.

If they want another 500m to show we're serious, they're perfectly welcome to it.
