Rheinland farms out its police work to people with FL IDs and somehow it's allowed for them to pirate traders and get people FR5ed as a result. The only reason I can think of for this is to allow for more pewpew, because it reduces the likelihood that traders will cooperate.

Why can't Rheinland use police or military IDs, like everyone else?

Cause no one really wants to play in the Polizei much of anymore...And I was stunned to see so many BDM and RM on in ages...Honestly, they're like dead any other time..
