"Konnichiwa, my noble brothers of the Black Dragon Society. As a new member, I realize that whatever news I have may be pushed aside, but rest assured that my news are not as dramatic as many of the other reports have been. I came into the Society with the aid of very generous donations from two of the Society's members, and found myself at the helm of a new Kusari 'Big Dragon' Transport, which I later named the Kurokami (though my name remains on the tag). With this ship, I started out upon the first of what I hope will be numerous runs for our friends in the Corsairs.

I started out by getting in touch with an...old contact on the Fujisawa Mining Facility. I realize that we do not consider ourselves friendly with the GMG, so I paid him a little extra to meet me with a full cargo of H-Fuel nearby the Sigma-19 Gate Construction Site. Loaded up with the cargo necessary to help our friends in their constant fight against their enemies, the Outcasts, I flew on to Omicron Gamma. I must make note that in both Omicron Theta and Omicron Gamma, there seems to be an almost obnoxious amount of bounty hunter ships. None of note, but when I slide through a jump hole, I do not usually expect to run into twelve bounty hunters on the other side. I would make a strong recommendation to our Corsair allies that they attempt to do something about this situation. It almost felt to me as if the Bounty Hunters were setting a blockade on all trade into Omicron Gamma, and we must not allow this to happen.

After unloading my cargo on Tripoli Shipyard for a modest sum (For I did give them a discount for being so supportive of our cause), I flew to planet Crete, where I was held at bay by a gunboat while he asked me my purpose in the system. I certainly hope that not all Corsairs are as afraid of trade as this one seemed to be, or they would certainly have problems in receiving the supplies necessary to support themselves. After several minutes of debating, during which I markedly pointed out the valuable use of having we Hogosha sell the artifacts they mine in Kusari space, he let me pass with a warning 'not to do anything funny.' Unable to see any other way to interpret these words, I took him literally and promised not to tell any jokes during the landing procedures.

Now with a full cargo hold of artifacts, I returned through the Omicrons and the Sigmas to the Honshu system, again having minor issues with an abundant presence of bounty hunters clustered around Jump Holes like horses at a starting gate. Escaping with my hull largely intact, but lacking in batteries to replenish my shields, I made a short pitstop at Freeport 4 for the necessary items, then went on my way. The rest of my trip was largely uneventful, and I made it to New Tokyo, where I sold the artifact to a very exuberant gentleman who paid any price I asked. A good day for lining my pocket, it seems.

Soon, I plan to make a run of robotic components from New Tokyo back to the Sigma 19 construction site, where my old contact awaits with more H-Fuel for transport. He seems to have given me a discount on all future transactions as well, for the sake of our previous friendship. With the money I make, I am looking at buying a fighter or a bomber to further our cause.
