Your sort of confirming my argument, that the effort has to be worth the reward. Also, in all the time I've been in Gallia, I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen the lawful forces at a Jump hole - ie. a Sirian trade route - and not once were they camping it, but had rather chased something to it. The GRN know full well that if they do that absolutely on one would bother coming back to Gallia- which kind of the defeats the point doesn't it?
