Keeping to himself and out of the way, Terrance continued to look over the recent data input from the scans he managed to get earlier in the day, prior to the conflict. Everyone passing through seemed to be human, and he was hoping that they were, considering that his scanners on his ship weren't updated to the latest in technology.
While Freeport rules regulated that you weren't allowed to carry a side arm, he felt it in his best interest to keep one on him, and that was resting on the table next to a cup of hot tea, or what was left of said tea. News reels showed nothing of importance as he carefully studied them, including the one that gave the images of the Rheinland military ships in Bretonian space, and even those weren't taken professionally.
He briefly looked away from the data pad towards the crowd and gave a disappointed look then sighed lightly to himself and went back to tapping the data pad with his left index finger. "There has to be something larger behind this entire bloody war." He muttered quietly, and setting the data-pad down with a disappointed thump.
Pushing the tea out of the way, he folded his arms on the table then rested his head on his arms and sighed heavier, closing his eyes as he did. "Trying to save humanity and then watching it turn around and start shooting itself once again is a bit annoying. That Navy lass was right. Maybe I should try to save humanity from itself. Ugh.."
