We're going to be reorganizing the contract database to make it more personal for each of you who we're delivering to and to make communication between OSI and its clients easier on an individual basis. This channel will still exist, but once the reorganization has occurred, it should only need to be used when a new contract is being requested. Once completed, we'll be sure to send you updates and instruction as to the use of the new system.
