Why no carrier patrols in NY?

There was a fair bit of work done with the trade faction NPCs to get them flying some of their own house transports and so on.

This is what made me think of getting the other house caps in patrols.

Frankly the only reason I'd object to there being lib carrier NPCs, is they the carrier is so horribly ugly it shames me to fly the thing. I'd rather not have to look at it any more than I already do.

It is that. Devs back in 4.85 stated it was being replaced. I guess that fell through.

LABC NPCs would be an excellent addition though. Could do the same with the rheinland carrier, Kusari Battlecruiser, etc.

This would be sweet. I do not want more powerful to say. Just more variety.
