[Aramyth]

The next few chapters in the diary were it seems not written by my mother....
Paco contacted me a few days later when he had reached gran canaria. He said he was waiting for his wife to arrive and then would travel to crete as planned. At around 9pm the voice intercom buzzed into life- "A message has been left for you on your personal room encryption device(PRED). "PRED on- CODE 7465-1 activate" paco said , activating the device. Paco told me the message was a voice that was cold and chilled his very bones, he said the accent was distinctly rheinland and it said "you vill leave ze package in hotel security box no 274-4, zen you vill leave ze hotel and go back to gamma, failure to do zis will terminate the existence of your wife and son-you have one hour mr loradez"
I quickly scrambled to the launch pad and took off for omega 49, as i entered omega 41 paco communicated with me through our own security network. He had collected his wife and son and made a run for it to crete. As there was only one escape pod he and his wife decided marcos would have it. On departing gran canaria a strange black craft gave chase. It had no id markings but was very fast. The counter measures did there job until omega41 when to pacos horror the mechanism jammed. Pacos only hope was too fight although he was so close to the jump hole he could reach out and touch it. But he was an able pilot who had fought many times in the wars with the outcasts and more recently the hessians. He spun the titan round to face the enemy and fight.
I saw the titan turn but i couldnt see any other ship. In what seemed a flash the shield was destroyed and a second later the almight boom of the titan itself. A single tractor beam appeared out of what at first i thought was nowhere but then the sleek silhouette of a craft i have never seen before turned and disappeared into the blackness of omega space.
I saw the escape pod on my scanner and quickly brought it in before tearfully turning for home.
