Be it so noted,

Major Otto Wolfe has been assigned to command the CPW-Tsiolkovsky. After an ill-fated voyage into New Berlin, the Tsiolkovsky has been completely refitted, and has proved itself a valuable warship, as well as a Research Vessel.

I am also pleased to award the Shield of the Hammer to Captain Jacob Forge. He braved the Rheinland Military in New Berlin, disrupting them, and allowing the Tsiolkovsky to escape. Today, he used his Storm Gunboat to distract the enemy vessels, freeing up resources that then allowed the Tsiolkovsky to escape destruction for the second time.
