**Mass Update (Extended) to all Units**

There is much to update the SELF of, but first information first. Most units have discovered two new additions, although temporary, to the Central Matrix. Two Organic Trade Vessels were test subjects for the new M-920 Liberator Missile. As you have been informed, they performed how we had anticipated. The Subjects are available for viewing and personal study. The exception is that all Units must be processed through the Organic Preservation Unit, to eliminate the possibility of damage to: the Subjects and the fragile nanites that were injected into them. We are impervious, mostly, to the radiation, they are not, until the incubation period is through.

Additionally, the negotiations for passage through Omicron-74 are not proceeding as calculated. Due to some unauthorized movement throughout said system, the Omicroners are not partial to our plea. The Concensus has consulted and agreed to erase all coordinates that would tranfer a Unit from one system to Omicron-74. Therefore NO UNIT IS AUTHORIZED TO ENTER OMICRON-74 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNTIL NEGOTIATIONS HAVE CEASE AND A DECISION, REACHED.
