Officer Schulz,
In absence of my colleague, mr. Henderson, I will handle this. Your review is correct, and the registration fee shall be transferred within one standard business day. We no longer intend to move the Panthalassa. With the outbreak of the conflict between house Bretonia and house Rheinland, it'd be too risky to let it get caught in a crossfire. These mobile bases are difficult enough to move in the best of times, let alone in wartime.
I believe the vessel's intended course will take it from the lower Omicron systems to Rheinland's southern border. The exact route is yet to be determined, but either Dresden, Frankfurt, Omega 11 or Omega 15 are viable entry points. From there, it will move alongside the lanes rather then through, to avoid traffic. A slower journey, but given it's a one time move, not a problem. The Guild, of course, intends to be responsible for the vessel's security outside of Rheinland's border.
As for Aland, it is a large facility mostly geared towards constructing and maintaining multiple civilian vessels simultaneously, including the Atlas class transport. The sheer size of the operation ensures a lot of folk stay employed there. We service various independent and Zoner traders. Until the outbreak of the war, it also serviced some of ALG and Gateway's fleet, but obviously that has been suspended. It does have the capacity to build a Barge class vessel externally, and the ability to maintain and construct our Zephyr and Argus class vessels, but to do so requires extensive reconfiguration of one of the bays, so these disruptive occurrances are rare.
