Short version: Its not their ZoI. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination (tip: check out the map of sirius)

My imagination says there is no reason for them to not go there. They trade in Liberty. They trade in Kusari. None of these places are their zone of influence.
The map of Sirius seems to confirm what my imagination is saying as well.
Maybe my imagination is bigger than yours?

As long as they abide by Gallian law, I see no reason for them not to be allowed to trade there.
Whats more, I suspect (imagination here, not fact) that they have similar enemies so would welcome the oppurtunity to trade with a party as geographically opposed to them as possible however, thats a decision for them to come to I suppose.

My imagination also says that due to the route needed to get there by either party, Outcasts and Bretonians are rubbing their hands at the prospect of a corsair trade ship to...'interact' with. A win win for most parties in Sirius who fancy a little interaction.

This is just my thoughts on the whole situation however but my question remains.
Why are Corsairs still rep hacked?
Is there a specific reason or is it that someone else hates them as well?
