The same way corsair traders get anywhere. You are under some delusion that there are places friendly with corsairs. There are VERY few.
Gallia is easier to get into.
After Bretonia, there are the Outcasts and maybe a few Kusari groups as well as the BHG who operate all over. IMG in the Tau's are on a slightly better footing with corsairs than you think, bearing in mind their environs.
On the other hand, getting to Liberty involves navigating either Bretonia or Rheinland. Every faction there is hostile to Corsairs except the Unioners.
The Bretonia route on the other hand?
Well they have to pass LH territory and then it's Rogues and Xeno's, not to mention the ever present LN, LSF and LPI.

So in summary, is there any real reason why Corsairs are rep hacked to GRP or GRN bases?
