Rep-ninja in Gallia

My GRN however still seems to be hardrepped to some nongallic Factions. I found i cannot improve my GRN`s zoner rep, so cannot dock any Freeport.

Now this is especialy odd because it makes Zoner NPC and stations generaly attack any GRN nomatter Zoners would exactly generaly not do that.

So additionaly according lore also not all GRN support the isolation Policy, so they should not generaly be hardrepped, not leaving them a choice some of them already took, nomatter secretly obviouse.

Therefor i would like to ask if most hardrep`s to nongallic could be removed from GRN to give them back that choice to defect the regarding order so they can become neurtal to Zoners and dock at Freeport 10, Tau37 for example.
