When I was writing a guide to Gaians the faction agreed on existence of approximately two branches of them: the Gaian terrorists that shoot people for the good of ecology (it's a simplified way to explain their complex, though, a tad illogical background) and the Gaian pirates that actually come and demand money.

Unfortunately, Gaian terrorists ask BMM Hegemons to call Queen Carina a filthy call-girl and since the absolute majority of them can't do that, they are shot down pretty fast. Sometimes Gaians bring a Pirate Transport after that and collect the ore floating in space. We even had an agreement with IMG.

Gaian pirates are just pirates on fancy gunboats. Not like I saw a lot of people picking up that kind of roles.

Or maybe I misunderstood your question and should had asked what Ryummel asked?

Also, I personally stick to Gaia's Angels even on my Hogosha character, but I don't have information on actual NLH loadouts. Gaia's Angels are better, no?
