And the whole point of the question as you don't actually seem to know and I sure don't which is why I'm asking, what are their orders in relation to corsair trade vessels?

Gallics may well trade with Kusari which is all fine and dandy but in case you haven't noticed, there was a bounty placed upon them there by a certain group of Kusari lawfuls. As it stands, that bounty is pending but maybe that will give you some idea of the feeling Kusari 'really' has for Gallic traders.
On top of that, due to certain affiliations in Kusari, it is VERY rare to see corsair pirates in Kusari at all. The only exception to this is the Honshu gate although corsair trade vessels to Kabukicho would probably be more acceptable. (AFA/Hogosha can confirm this either way). I would imagine corsair pirates that operate in Kusari will have to explain themselves to the Council.

And IMG don't hate corsairs? are you drunk? Corsairs are rep-hacked hostile to IMG and IMG| have bounty on them too.

Well thanks. Thats good to know. Fortunatly, the CR aren't so black and white up there as certain corsairs have been positively welcomed.
Rep hacking has little to do with it in RP (which is what this thread is about sir). It's up to the factions themselves. Phantoms were rep-hacked to everything but still passed through Gamma unmolested.

Corsair trade vessels have to pass Bretonia to get to either Gallia or Liberty.
To get to Gallia, they must pass hunters, Outcasts and now apparantly, IMG mercs and their ilk as well as the various denziens of Gallia, allied to Outcasts.
To get to Liberty, they must pass hunters, Lane Hackers, Rogues, Xeno's, LSF, LPI and LN. Whats more, their are almost NO bases to dock so their destination is known to almost anyone with half a brain.
All this and yet they still get through and you think it harder to get to Gallia?

Corsairs are not allowed to lurk Tau-23, with good explanation - Outcasts. They swarm the area in huge numbers and it's way far from Corsair homeland, the only inRP explanation is that after alpha raid a corsair fled to that area

There was RP. They did not flee there. That however is irrelevant. They were fighters. I am referring specifically to trade vessels.

Now, tell me how would corsair even enter Gallia, when even Council are not big fans of them, the Brigands are allies of the OCs, the maquis will shot them since Council don't like them and UC will shot them as they are possible competitors for the Gallic black market. So please, only because you are 1000% biased to your corsair smuggler stop all of that Q_Q. as per now corsairs have no reason to have their rep hack removed

I answered the first part...several times.
As you seem to be aware, corsairs are an unknown quantity in Gallia. If as you claim, the Council have an opinion, and that may well be the case, I don't know, all the more reason for the GRN to be more accepting. If it's not the case, then that argument collapses as does the one it supports re:the Maquis.
The UC may well see them as a threat or better yet, may make a better offer than the GRN assuming the corsairs have something they want and vice versa.

With regard to some kind of Corsair smuggler biase, I suggest you read back carefully through the posts. You have consistantly put a string of inconsistant arguements forward with little knowledge of past corsair RP.
The simple question is "What is the basis for the rep-hack being reversed for factions except corsairs. Do they have one or is a request by the GRN"?
At that point sir, this discussion is over and others may open.
