I have long been proud of each of you, mi hermanos, mi revolutionary Comradas!
You have shaken off the shackles of the Volkhan, and risen to a greater pinnacle of glory for the Coalition. This is an astounding feat, mi amigos. And, again, I am proud of each of you.
I am assuming a new position as the head of the SCRA War Academy on Volgograd, where I will be responsible for the next generation of warship commanders, teaching them to be Coyotes the way I taught each of you.
As is my prerogative, I am promoting Rhade to the rank of Full General, and appointing him Commander of the Expeditionary Fleets, and placing him in command of our Battle fleet. The Expeditionary force that I once led, is now in the hands of a new Coyote.
Mi hermanos, let us here it for the new El Coyote!
To our victory, mi comradas!
