I think that attacking low level (below 40, not below 30) when you're a much higher level, or even worse, in a capship, is kinda lame. And it also probably gives those newbies a bad impression and might even chase them off the server. At least give them a warning, give them a chance to run. I was flying through a system with my Outcast and his gunboat and encountered a level 35 or so Corsair in a fighter, fighting some Liberty Rogue NPCs. I told him that he'd better run, waited a few seconds, then fired some shots which lowered his shields and did some hull damage. So then he just started flying circle around my ship, so I blew him to hell. But I gave him a chance to flee. A psychopathic sadist enjoys inflicting fear as well as death, so shoot them a bit and let them run. The little guys, at least.

The problem I see isn't really with Mon'Star... It's just that, as I already said, he doesn't really do anything that anyone couldn't do. So he hasn't broken the server rules... Does that mean that anyone who hasn't broken the rules can get a Terrorist ID? Doom has interesting in-game RP, and his terrorist isn't around all that often. Same with the Phantoms and (I would assume, though I've never encountered them) the Coalition. Mon'Star just laughs.

When I get a chance to play him more, I'm kinda bucking to get Xavier a Terrorist ID, because it's more fitting than his current LH ID. He's not a psychopath (more of a megalomaniac sociopath), and he doesn't go killing anyone at random. What he WILL kill are anyone with direct ties to the Liberty government/military, and possibly other targets as his roleplay continues. He's completely amoral, but doesn't really bother anyone else unless they get in his way or insult him somehow. For the most part, he can make due with a plain old Lane Hacker ID, it's just that the Terrorist would fit him better.
