Greetings, "Uncle".

I'm sure you have a proper name however I, sadly, have not yet been previewed to it. With that said, allow me to introduce myself first.

Evangeline McDowell of the McDowell Company.

Do forgive me, but I've been intercepting a large number of transmissions to and from you and your associates within the Kansas system. You're not alone out here, do bear that in mind.

You could call me your neighbour, I suppose. I live within the borders of Kansas. Exactly where shall remain unknown for the moment.

The reason I'm contacting you now is I seek to open up trade between our organisations; yours which I have been led to believe is known as "The Outer Project" by sources I have accosted recently. The exact legality of your group, however, has been difficult to ascertain with definition.

This is where I hope to be of use to you. I can offer both a cargo laundering service and the acquisition of goods not normally accessible by... alternative factions.

I have under my control a fleet of vessels able to freely navigate throughout Sirius and in particular, Liberty - including all major planets and space-borne installations. We are capable of reselling just about anything your group may create as "surplus" and we can also buy in anything in shortage.

Failing any direct services we may be able to offer, I would like us - in the least - to be cooperative in the protection of our freedoms out here in Kansas. Things as simple as sharing basic information about each of our own militia forces' movements on a daily basis may mean the difference between peace and war out here, as I'm sure you're aware.
