Greetings, this is Enforcer Vityaz Hunt of EDG Enterprise.

We're a separate branch of the Bounty Hunters guild, organised into private military company. Currently, we're engaged into eliminating pirate threats in Tau and Omega systems, mainly. Also, we're providing security services to various (legal) mining and trading companies. And this is what I'd like to talk about.

Recently, our gunboat wing participated in escorting IMG vessels, that were supplying Kusari with Silver ore.At same time, we were contacted by an IKN officer and informed, that our presence in the Kusari space, even in the form of convoy escort, is not tolerable and we're obliged to leave. Taking into account they were representatives of Kusari government, even if not working for the primary fleet, we obeyed their order.

After the first time it happened, we thoroughly studied Kusari Legal Codex, especially Section 4 of it, and did not find any references about Bounty Hunters vessels being unable to pass through Kusari territory as a civillian or escort vessels, not performing any other sort of activities.
We do understand, and fully accept the Kusari stance on BHG performing search and destroy operations in the Kusari space. Therefore, we're not doing or participating in such operations in Kusari space.

On the second time, holding in mind that it was some sort of a mistake, we've been contacted by same officers during our convoy escort mission. (Additional data: IMG Convoy, hauling Silver ore to Narita outpost) We should also mention we were attacked by Golden Chrysanthemum, which was then ignored by the IKN officers, and they openly stated that our escorting gunboat is a higher threat to Kusari and should leave immediately, or be destroyed. In spite of seeing it as a violation of Kusari Legal Codex, we, again, obeyed their orders. But when we reached Sigma 13 Jumpgate, these officers opened fire on us.
Although, I should mention that we weren't completely respectfull towards them this time, accusing them of things they're... possibly, not involved in, (that is, questioning their loyalty to the Emperor after seeing how they ignored that terrorist and sent all their available forces against us), for which I'm willing to present my deepest apologies.

Therefore, we're requesting to either confirm our interpretation of Kusari Legal Codex - that we're not forbidden from moving through or performing escort missions for legal companies on Kusari territory; OR permission to perform such missions.

P.S. We have communication logs where these officers openly show their unwillingness to get rid of that terrorist as soon as possible, and are willing to present them to KNF high command if there will be such need.
