Bonjour,

My name is Roger Vaux, I am a pilot, a trader and by necessity a smuggler. I am saying a smuggler, but one that failed...I got caught by a navy patrol not long after me and my ship were living Marne.

They took me to Battleship Carcassonne and kept me there under interrogation for 4 days. There were other 2 in the same cell with me, they were talking about freedom, revenge and the chance to fly again as members of a group called Légion des Damnes.
We planned an escape, managed to even reach the hangar bay so we can steal a ship and run to Narbonne.
They got killed both of them, I was shot in the right shoulder but made my way to a CSV ship and stayed hidden for more than six hours. When they open the hangar doors for a training exercise I took my chance - went fast and swift, got shot heavily but manage to go cruise speed while fighters were chasing me to Narbonne.

I was well received here, I had no money and the CSV got badly damaged. I sold everything and managed to get a few credits at the local equipment shop and discovered that a few million credits were kept inside the ship in a hidden compartment...my only luck I would say.

I heard in the bar again about the Légion des Damnes today.
I want to join, to forget my past and to become a fist that strikes for the Legion. I am a decent fighter pilot, got some experience on transport ships and even on some gunboats.

As we speak I am purchasing a Cuirassier, I do not have enough credits to equip it properly but I plan to take some missions on Narbonne right away and earn some scrap. I am being hailed, ship is ready for use, I will fly on my first mission right away.
