You seem to ignore facts you dont like and compensate by trying to kill the messenger, so you can go on ignoring facts (and establish your selfmade licence scam/crap) undesturbed. Go on if you must..i will keep reminding you nomatter its 1 vs 5 ;).

You seem to forget that Gallia is no loner democracy for centuries. (if you can call the thing that was before a democracy). What most civilian want/think doesn't matter as long as the monarchs got enough power to maintain control. Sure Gallic civilians sympathies the Council and some even support it but nothing more, they don't join the ranks of the Council for open war against the GRN leaving the GRN much bigger and way more powerful.
Kharon, what I see here is that you have a friend with some IMG/BMM Hegemon that wish to enter Gallia to sell gold ores but he got no permission to enter, so you try to go around it. Make a Council character and happily escort him where ever you want inside Gallia, or outside it.
