[WIP] Bowex Supply Run to Tau-23

Ok after a few more words with varying people, here are a few more details.

• Bowex main transports, the Shire/s and Percherons will carry the Gate/Trade Lane parts to the construction site.
  
• A rule change, KNF and potential allies are free to fire on all targets within the Merchant Fleet at will.
  
• Non-Bowex vessels in the Merchant Fleet and Clydesdales will carry extra supplies, such as water, h-fuel, oxygen, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
  
• Potential for Outcast third party intervention is being considered. A three-way duel for the fate of the supplies could be interesting.
  

Now then, is possible I'd like to get an estimate on numbers as even numbers, or slightly greater numbers for the KNF would be the goal can we have a show of hands who would be willing to come, say if the event is next weekend?
