A towering figure among the shady scene, his face covered by a mist of smoke and a lack of light, passed by the armed guards Samantha set up, ignoring them as the men stood and wonder who this giant was.
His heavy steps did not worry about disturbing calm before the storm, the chains hanging down from his belt were singing an inauspicious melody like the ones in ghost stories.
Just after a short walk he saw a young man in the distance, hurrying towards the scene where Anna and Sam was... Jake's face was very easy to recognise.
What luck! Sol smiled.
A switch in his mind clicked, he remembered a thing of past.
The prey now was in his sight, all he had to do was to catch it by the neck.
Totally ignorant of the predator ready to strike, a perfect prey it was.
The young man paid no mind as the smoke closed the distance. A hand moved inside the black tattered cape, chains now increased the tempo of their melody.
Very close to his face, two hands were now holding a strected chain, a crazy grin and eyes flashing under the goggles and smoke.
"There we go..." The smoke dissipated and the predetor appeared. "Don't worry, Jake... It's all gonna be OK."
Predator didn't wait to watch the surprise on his prey's face. Caught it by the neck, with great strength knocked it off it's legs.
All he had to do now was to wait until it gave up, everything.
Minutes passed in silence and darkness, the prey didn't even make a sound...
Predator stood up next to his catch, looking around watching for other predators if there were any laid in wait to steal the prize.
The scene was lonely again. The sun could be felt behind the white cloud and rocks, as Sol looked towards the small window.
A few passer by did not try to bother Sol who was walking towards his Sabre, dragging the prey behind him...
