wow,this was a suprise,il ldo my best tofufill my dutys and if theres any new ones i should be aware of with my new rank feel free to inform me of them.
i notriced i can run a gunboat is it possable a drydocked one with no current crew could be provided or i possable be given joint acess to one currently active not that its critical its just to better fullfill my newfound dutys.
