Your offer is intriguing but still vague to the point that it makes muddy water look pretty transparent.

This signal appears to be coming from a region of space located in Liberty. Whilst my technicians are currently unable to get an exact fix on where the signal is coming from I was not aware that we had any potential allies in Liberty.

This is in part why we are so very suspicious of your offer. We have many enemies that would very much like access to one of our bases where they might detonate a ship full of nukes or some such.

It could be that I might be prepared to meet with you, but I don't believe it is entirely unreasonable to know more about the person and group with whom I am dealing. In essence, as my colleague Espi so eloquently put it "Who the hell are you?".

I have been advised by my technical staff that the encryption that we are using is such that it would take a computer the size of a planet approx 100 years to crack and since I don't believe anyone has as yet squandered the resources to build such a computer we are probably fairly safe.
